Parents & Swimmers,

Please see the attachments which include the heat sheet, timeline and parking info.

We have the early warm up again :)   Prelims will begin at 8:30am

So, please arrive at Planet Swim at 6:45am. For our 7am warm up (we only have 30 minutes!)

The parking situation will be similar to our dual meet, but just more people, so be prepared to park at the park or the church, also PVHS will have parking available, Map is attached. If you are planning on dropping off, please check out the attached instructions to ensure you are dropping off in the correct location. 

All swimmers who make finals are expected to swim at finals. If for any reason you can not attend finals, you need to let your coach know right after your race, so we can scratch you. 

Warm ups for the afternoon/evening begin at 3:30pm, so please be ready to get in and warm up at that time. ALL RELAYS ARE IN THE EVENING. Finals begin at 4:30pm.
