LAST WEEK for FHSAA Athletic Clearance

Parents and Swimmers,
This is a reminder that you need to go through the Creekside Athletic Clearance process detailed at this link: https://www-chs.stjohns.k12.fl.us/athletics/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2024/06/Athlete-Registration-Instructions.pdf
This is required before you come to try outs on August 12th (boys) and 14th (girls). This includes a physical, watching videos and other components. Please avoid waiting until the last minute to get this completed, as it may result in not being eligible for the try out on the 12/14.
